For our final drink of the night we shared this. It has navy rum, olympia liqueur, pistachio, coconut, lime. Olympia liqueur is Norseman's version of green chartreuse. This drink was pretty minty with almost a eucalyptus freshness. The coconut and pistachio gave it a creaminess that helped balance it a bit. This was my choice for a fall flavored drink. It has navy rum, pear juice, lingonberry, lemon, and warm spices. It's a fun mix of tropical and cool season flavors. The pear juice was a unique flavor. This mixture kind of sounds like it wouldn't work, but I didn't enjoy it. Norseman is a nice distillery to hang out late at night! We just missed the rush on Saturday. Many tables had glasses on them, but there weren't too many people left. It was perfect for a late night drink after a show. This was @jonok's drink of choice. It has vodka, coffee liqueur, espresso, pumpkin, vegan cream, vanilla, and cinnamon spice. If they would have left the espresso out, I'm sure I would have enjoyed it! The coffee flavor was overpowering so I couldn't taste the pumpkin or cinnamon. If it was more like a normal white Russian with just the coffee liqueur for a mild coffee flavor I would have liked it better. I love the presentation!
