Another awesome dish from
I day (Spring Salad – Local kale, romaine, spring greens, radish, cucumber, turmeric-roasted cauliflower, avocado, pickled shallots, crispy chickpeas) . I had the opportunity to add falafel 🧆 (which I did, as I knew they were delicious). The cauliflower was cold ( I think intentionally) but since I would have preferred it a little warmer, I heated it in the toaster overnight for a few minutes.
This place makes the freshest food 🥘
