
Not exactly a vegan-friendly location but some of the stalls here serve dishes that can be veganised. There’s an entirely vegetarian stall, but it only serves fritters like youtiao and sweet potato. This #goreng-goreng is ordered from the stall, Batagor. It comes with a side of #peanut and #kecapmanis sauce, and we confirmed that it doesn’t contain seafood. The #tahu (or #tofu) is fried #silkentofu, and frying it makes the skin #crispy and the inside piping hot and gooey. Not bad.
