These tze char bowls change from time to time and this time I got the spicy Thai basil chicken and tofu. This was really yummy, with a good amount of mock chicken, tofu and basil. My only suggestion is for the sauce to be slightly thicker so that the flavours stick on more to the ingredients in the sauce. These bowls usually come with an egg, but if you want it vegan, they usually replace it with yuba as pictured. #veganlunch #tofulover #mockchicken #yuba #yummyvegan

Spicy and fragrant Thai basil fried rice! 🍚 Not sure where the mince was ahaha (I was expecting Thai-style basil 'minced meat') but there were some finely diced carrot and bits of 'ham'. Friday special! Loved the rich herbal broth with dang gui Angelica sinensis.
