Cucumber Bruschetta

Although they could have done Bruschetta with vegan bread, this was a tasty, lighter version...which was perfect for the 2nd round in a 5-course brunch.

Wild Mushroom Polenta

This dish was SO DELICIOUS!!!! The flavors were amazing. I highly recommend. Book your tickets for the Sunday Al’s Gals Burlesque Brunch and enjoy top-notch entertainment over a 5-course vegan brunch!  So good!!!
