WOW! These gyros are made from mushrooms cooked up in some magical way and my goodness, are they ever scrumptious! Adorned with tomato, onion, herbs, and a fantastic vegan tzatziki, these mushrooms lay atop a super fluffy vegan pita! Paired with roasted potatoes, this is one perfect vegan Greek meal!
