We asked to veganise the butter naan. It was huge and crispy, I really enjoyed it. It was something in between authentic naan and central Asian bread dishes. Loved it!

It was -40 degrees Celsius ❄️☃️yesterday at the Borovoe resort in North Kazakhstan 🇰🇿, so it was the absolute best filling to have some Indian food! This restaurant is located in Rixos Borovoe hotel. This creamy korma was loaded with different vegetables and cashews. Super tasty and warm😋 We asked chef to veganise this, as it contained ghee in the original recipe.
