I absolutely love rudy's pizza, so this was obviously amazing.
They always have a vegan special which is different all the time, so it doesn't have a name. 

This pizza had a tomato base, spinach, pine nuts, aubergine, courgette, garlic, peppers and pesto. 😙👌🏻

Really gorgeous flavours as usual on Rudy's staple thin base

Vegan pizza (no cheese)

Amazing authentic italian pizza! In the Birmingham restaurant they have changing vegan specials which is technically a regular pizza but without any cheese. You can also pick toppings and make your own pizza. They provide free tap water if you ask!
