🥦🤩 A total #sweetdreamsaremadeofgrease paradise treat! My photos don’t do it justice to this #fritto misto. It seems like a #tempura #fried veggie medley with tenderstem #broccoli #artichoke #courgettes #broadbeans in a #lemon #veganmayo. 🍋Oh I just loved it. I thought my omni friend would help me finish this but no. Eventually I ate the whole thing. The artichokes were long and skinny at the end. It was so cool but better to share with a group. £16.50 I’d totally get this again in a heartbreak. #reviewwithaview with a new recycled ocean waste sculpture opposite that’s lovely to gaze at. #veganrestaurant #saveveganrestaurants

🌱🫖 Fresh #mint #tea is served very often in the UK 🇬🇧which I’d never seen in the US. 🇺🇸It’s so light and refreshing and delicious. It’s super simple and you just chuck the fresh leaves in hot water and leave to soak for several minutes. It’s a nice after dinner drink for digestion I think. Mallow is a fully #veganrestaurant chain that’s connected to #mildreds. I hope they’re doing ok in this location. #saveveganrestaurants 🏷️£3 📅August 2024

🍮Argh. This was a poor choice for me. I adore the British 🇬🇧 #stickytoffee #pudding made from #dates so I couldn’t resist ordering. However, this is full of #spices that make it like British Christmas 🎄pudding for me which I don’t like. My omni friend thought it was great. The sauce was lovely as it was hot🥜 #peanut #toffee to pour all over the date cake. Then the #saltedcaramel #icecream 🍨was very nice providing a contrast. There was also a #peanut #fennel #sesame #praline which was interesting but not my favorite. I don’t like licorice so much and the fennel gives it a licorice vibe. I really need to give up on the #mildreds and mallow sticky toffee puddings as it’s not for me. You might love it though like my friend. It was beautifully presented with a little flower 🌸on the ice cream. Cute! 🌱mallow is the #plantbased sister restaurant to #mildreds also an #allveganrestaurant. There are two branches of mallow in London. They have pretty pink new umbrellas to hide from the sun outside if you like or a gorgeous dining room inside. Canary Wharf is full of canals and water everywhere so even though it’s a business area it also feels a bit like holiday. I hadn’t had #vadapav before. Maybe it’s #indian? 🇮🇳This was fun to try. Maybe it’s street food? I loved the🍒 #cherry #tamarind sauce which was like a sweet ketchup for dipping in. #sweettooth There were many healthy things in this like the #turmeric milk bun and #spinach #peas 🌿🫛bonda which is like the burger patty here. There was also a #mint and #coriander chutney. The little crunchy things were quite spicy 🌶️and fun too. I avoided the #chilli on top as I’m a bit sick at the moment otherwise I would have attempted.
