Absolutely loved the Lotus Leaf Cafe-Restaurant on a Mission in Wichita, KS. Supremely cool and friendly staff, wonderfully warm atmosphere and the tastiest of menus. I had such a hard time choosing my entree, but stayed with my cauliflower theme for the evening, lol. My vegan friendly family immensely enjoyed their buffalo cauliflower appetizer ( was gone too fast to get a pic😆) and then I scarfed my vegan cauliflower taco with an incredible tabouli side. Furthermore, I enjoyed their house made vanilla soda as well. Everyone left with a full and completely satisfied belly!!💚💚💚
