Govinda's is a must go-to place for cheap central eats in London. 🍛 Cafeteria style and grabbing seats wherever there are some free! This day the vegan thali included spinach & potato curry and kidney bean curry with rice, salad and bread roll. I also added a puri for an extra 80p. #independent

Apart from the fact that it came in plastic, which is heartbreaking of course, (but with a paper straw) this drink was amazing!! Made with soya milk, it tasted so good! Rather sweet but not too sweet, just right, and honestly I would have had another one, but they were closing, so next time! Really nice place as well, where they serve you at the counter so there's no wait for food, and the staff are all great 😊 it's a vegetarian restaurant with a lot of vegan options, I hope it goes vegan soon, but at least it's close! #fruit #drink #veggierestaurant #restaurant #dinner

Like coming here for the informal atmosphere. Great value Thali. Although the server didn’t ask me what I wanted for my curry this time. I usually get to choose. Still it’s a good reasonably priced serving of Thali for the price.

Delicious vegan burger with a vegetable patty, tomato slice, lettuce and Indian chutney. Tasted amazing and was served quickly once ordered. Was only £3.95- great value for money esp considering it was in central London Soho!
