Foto di repertorio di un piatto unico con burger veg: quella che sembra una cotoletta era ovviamente a base di ceci. Avevo avuto un po’ di difficoltà con la gestione delle dimensioni ed essendo un pranzo di lavoro avevo optato per tagliare il tutto a pezzetti, pure il pane.. Buono anche l’accompagnamento con salsina, i fagioli un po’ pastosi.
