This was really really yumms.
Loosely translated to fermented black bean paste sauce noodles.
Served with u-mian, with lots of sliced cucumber,carrots, n they are not stingy at all with the mushrooms. I find it a wee bit too watery for a dry noodle dish, but tht cld come frm the mushrooms,but it's not a big issue cos I cld just pour out the liquid.
Comes with a bowl of soup.
