These tacos were good but not quite as flavorful as I would have hoped. They came on corn tortillas with mashed potatoes, vegan cheddar cheese, mushrooms, vegan sour cream, avocado, pico de gallo, cilantro, and sprouts. The mushrooms were tender and tasty but needed some hot sauce for extra kick. Came with a vibrant little kale salad.
