A nice added snack to whatever juice/smoothie you get from Juice Generation. This muffin is very dense (as opposed to being fluffy), probably because of the protein and flours they used. Tastes great after being toasted! For its size, it's pricier than the vegan baked goods you can get at of NYC's farmer's markets. I'd recommend it only as an addon to other foods you get from the shop.
