this is one clearly labelled vegan dessert available at ikea. one piece is medium to small sized and costs 2,50€. tbh, I'm not an expert about carrot cake but i don't think this is made after a classic recipe. the lower part was okay even if a bit dry, but the upper part was just not good. instead of a frosting they used fondat so it really just tasted like plain sugar. sad:( #ikea #carrotcake #vegancake #vegangermany
