Another restaurant, another taro fish! Among other things (scroll the pictures), but unfortunately I don’t know the name of those dishes. Everything was delicious. This vegetarian restaurant was established 1905!

Normally sweet and sour pork at Chinese vegetarian restaurants are really good as they deep fry some sort of wheat gluten and the texture is great. However this one was just tofu and the crispy outer coat quickly became soggy.
