That looks a beast doesn't it 😉 #butterflypea should be an abillion hero just got what it does to the colour variety that you see in your feed 🙂 Not to mention it does literally nothing to the flavour of what you're having, so you can really do it #forthegram and still build your recipe based on what your tastebuds prefer 😉 This one was a mildly sweet but unexpectedly tangy interpretation. Not sure if there was actually any #tea in this, but I think there were hints of #lemongrass and something verging on citrus 🙂

This was amazing, easily the best thing on the table ☺️ The #curry was thick and flavourful, moderately #spicy, and really leaned into its role of holding the bowl of disparate mixed #veggies together 😑 There was #cabbage, #taupok, #aubergine, #okra, and #longbeans (actually the sort of thing that I would make at home, just that theirs is about 30 times better 😅) This #malaysianeats classic can sometimes be made with milk (why 😩), so do check

Kudos to this seemingly traditional #hainanese place that is actually full of messaging that encourages people to switch to a meatless lifestyle 🙂 Granted, meatless to them includes the use of eggs and milk, and granted, they do indeed continue to offer omnivorous fare on the menu, but with this demographic that they serve I think it's a case of needing to start somewhere 😬 This #whynotboth I-can't-decide option includes #soy / #yuba / #beancurdskin based attempts at both #roastedchicken as well as the white steamed variety. Because the inside is just soy there's actually little to distinguish between the two once you get past the skin (biological chicken would behave very differently from one method to the other). I think we marginally preferred the roasted option, and I think we all agreed that the #garlic and #chilli mix was divine ☺️
