Tasty comfort food here. Beautiful flavours, and a decent serving of veggies and mushrooms too, we especially love nai bai. Lotsa flavour. Part of their ‘symphony of grain and strand’ range of dishes. This was lovely, tangy and rich in flavour. Everything was well-cooked, and that sauce, oh my that sauce. We shared a side of rice among us just so we could savour it. #assam #tofu One of the sweetest places for a vego meal in this part of Serangoon. Note that the dish originally includes poached eggs, but they were happy to prepare a vegan-friendly version. The veggies were cooked really beautifully, so much taste, never really needed the eggs to begin with. Simply beautiful. Please note that their housemade tofu contains egg (labelled), but they also have vegan versions for each tofu dish, you just have to request as you order. The tofu dish was cooked really nice. And with a nice tasty gravy over. Simple and so beautiful. absolute gold. #tofu I hadn’t been here in ages, and their menu sure has changed a fair bit since then, perhaps more refined and improved. We tried this on for size, and we enjoyed these , quite a lot going on in each one.
