I’m only reading the three stars because we got takeout and I’ve not realize that would be a lot better fresh from the restaurant. If you do order takeout, make sure to warm it up a bit.

Capricciosa means naughty in Italian… not sure why this pizza is naughty but perhaps someone can enlighten me? 😉 tomato sauce, vegan mozzarella, plant-based sausage, mushrooms, artichokes, niçoise olives, basil This pizza was quite a bit more expensive than other options on the menu and I’m not entirely sure why - it was perfectly good - but I think some of the other options are more to my taste.

Wow-weeeeee this is an incredible starter! Delectable, chunky dough-knots slathered in garlic oil - with a nut parm to dip in and Grano’s signature marinara sauce. Which. Is. Italy. In. A. Bowl. 🇮🇹

Tomato sauce, cashew bechamel, cashew mozzarella, oregano, plant based pepperoni, shaven onion, Calabrian chili 🌶️, hot ‘honey’ - - - ‘HONEY’ - this was a great pizza! Came highly recommended by our server with a side of vegan Caesar dressing for dipping. The ‘honey’ provided a really gorgeous sweetness to overcome some of the SP-HICE from chilis. It was delicious and cannot rate this restaurant highly enough! Washed down with a favourite red from Le Marche 🍷

THE BEST MOST AUTHENTIC tomato sauce, cashew mozzarella, plant based pepperoni, basil, olive oil. Every bite delicious - made fresh before your eyes! The atmosphere in this restaurant is really special, you can tell that the team and patrons really care about this business and promoting an alternative to ‘traditional’ meat & dairy pizza that tastes just as good - if not BETTER. Really great location for foodies in Vancouver 🧄

*pictured next to the Pepperoni Mustard aioli, cashew mozzarella, arugula, caramelised onions, plant based sausage & blueberry compote. This pizza tasted fresh and surprisingly wintery. It takes a lot for me to order a pizza without a tomato base - and this DID not disappoint.

The pizzas at Grano are always the absolute best quality. I recommend eating there so you can dive into the pizza as it comes out of the oven. The 'cheese' is amazing! Also I love how you can cut your slices into any size you want with the large scissors provided.

This is roasted eggplant with marinara sauce, walnut pesto and cashew ricotta. Served with focaccia. I normally don't eat alot of eggplant but I like this dish.
