The title of this without a picture was quite misleading, as I was imagining, well, a whole lot of thick noodles swimming in hot and creamy coconut milk, but this was more like a salad than anything else. The serving of noodles is actually quite small and are hidden under a giant awkward fried vegan egg, along with a mountain of bean sprouts, various chopped up vegetables, and a small pot of coconut cream and a soy-vinegar sauce to mix together as a dressing. As I thought I’d be eating something a bit more gluttonous I was a bit miffed at this salad that came out but it tasted ok for a salad.
