🇮🇹Quando non ero vegana ero una super amante del pokè, ma poi l'ho lasciato da parte perché ero stanca di poter scegliere solo tofu scondito (gli onnivori non sanno cucinarlo XD) o addirittura non avere nessuna scelta per le proteine.
L'altro giorno però per caso ho scoperto questo posto, fa pokè solo e completamente vegan, non scherzo se vi dico che mi sono commossa.
Prezzo assolutamente standard non esagerato, sapori unici e tanta gioia.
Il mio preferito è il salmone veg, lo prendo sempre quando ci vado e ogni volta rimango assolutamente soddisfatta.
Non tutte le proteine hanno un sapore uguale ai prodotti animali (vedete i gamberi fritti, un pochino gommosi), ma personalmente non mi lamento e anzi sono contenta ci sia un posto del genere in una piazza di grande passaggio quale Piazza Matteotti a Genova.
Purtroppo degli smoothies non possiamo dire lo stesso, non l'ho mai provato ma come vedete dalla lista degli ingredienti in quasi tutti vi è il miele, che peccato!!
La prossima volta che andrò chiederò se è possibile toglierlo per fare uno smoothie 100% vegan, vi farò sapere!

🇬🇧When I wasn't vegan I was a super poké lover, but then I put it aside because I was tired of being able to choose only plain tofu (omnivores don't know how to cook it XD) or even not having any choice for proteins.
The other day, however, I discovered this place by chance, it makes poké and is completely vegan, I'm not joking if I tell you that I was moved.
Price not exaggerated, unique flavors and a lot of joy.
My favorite is the veg salmon, I always have it when I go there and I am absolutely satisfied every time.
Not all proteins taste the same as animal products (see the fried prawns, a little chewy), but personally I'm not complaining and I'm actually happy there is such a place in a busy square such as Piazza Matteotti in Genoa.
Unfortunately we can't say the same about smoothies, I've never tried them but as you can see from the list of ingredients, almost all of them contain honey, what a shame!!
Next time I go I'll ask if it's possible to take it off to make a 100% vegan smoothie, I'll let you know!
