Stayed at the Hyatt Regency in Orlando last weekend and I was surprised and impressed by the vegan food options inside the hotel. There were plenty of dining options within the hotel including B Line and Fiorenzo. Fiorenzo is italian fine dining inside the hotel. They had a vegan entree, appetizer and desert on the menu. This butternut squash soup which was slightly sweet with coconut and cardamon, was delicious and creamy. Everything is clearly labelled on the menu as vegan and servers are helpful in making adjustments to salads and other options to make them vegan if requested. #orlando #butternutsquash #soup
