

Amazing vegan Mexican dish! This restaurant has a vegan section on the menu and the server was kind enough to let me create a plate from two of the choices. The enchilada was topped with vegan cheese and the tamale made with hemp and ancient grains. This is a small family owned chain with just a few locations in Tucson and they’ve been around since 1922. So great to see restaurants like this adding a vegan section to the menu...especially when the food is so delicious!
