Mac N Cheese Quesadilla

So good. Felt a little heavy afterwards since it’s on the greasier side but you can get a full menu of vegan options and snacks

When I go to Dilla Libre I try to explore other things on the vegan menu but it’s hard when this quesadilla exists. 

This restaurant, and the Scottsdale location, have the nicest staff! My food is always perfect too.
