I read they had vg/gf options here but was a bit disappointed to find they didn’t (partly because they had run out of gf bread). Tired hubby walked to Coles to buy gf bread and they were happy to adapt and modify dishes, eg bruschetta. Love the use of native ingredients. This dish looked pretty! Taste wise, however, I would prefer the elements to be separated on the plate as the macadamia oil got overpowered and the dukkah got mixed in. Good potential here; hopefully they can find a good way forward that’s accessible for plant-based people. Love the gallery shop and the quandong jam!
