Vegetable Steamed Dumplings

tasted great but a little disappointed by the lack of vegan options considering the restaurant name includes the word “modern”. they didn’t have vegetable broth so no vegan soup dumplings. however the fried rice and noodles can be veganized and actually tasted delicious!
