I would recommend everyone try this place whether they are vegan or not! I haven’t had marshmallows in years and that cookie was bomb! Lots of gluten free options. Nothing is fried, all baked. The waffles were epic and so was the sandwich. 10/10

Copper branch is one of my favourite vegan restaurants!!! The Aristotle bowl bowl is something I get almost every time. I get mine with brown rice as the grain, and tofu and the protein. This dish features, mixed Green, carrots, fresh salsa, chickpeas, sprouts, sweet potato, avocado, and even more that I cannot remember!!! delicious dish delicious place. I would definitely recommend to anyone on the go looking to try something new.

This sandwich was amazing!! I loved the flavours and i haven’t found a sandwich like this anywhere else! I also got a poutine on the side which was great! This place is much cheaper than most vegan places as well and they have a lot of selection!

This “fast food” quiosk recently opened up in downtown Calgary. It is a franchise and I understand the first in Calgary. They seemed to be having some growing pains with preparation so u have to wait, but only a few minutes. It is so worth the wait! My bowl was so good and the lime cheesecake so great I went back the next day for lunch again! Tried the black bean burger which was a taste of heaven! All vegan.
