This is my favorite sandwich to get here. They add pesto and tomatoes on it which makes it taste amazing! I keep telling myself to try something new when I go there, but I can't resist.

Brown rice with kale, carrots, and tofu in a tasty dressing. The regular portion was about the amount I'd serve myself at home (not a whole lot). Great casual atmosphere with comfy seating. The Phish-themed names of a few menu items drew me to this 100% vegan restaurant.

Tofu, black beans, sesame ginger carrot, collard greens, hummus and brown rice made for a very filling, yummy lunch. It would have been nicer with less rice and more tofu, but overall the flavors went great together and it was a great choice

This sandwich was basically a salad on sourdough. It was fresh and yummy, but not super filling and not so special. Still a great meal if you’re not too hungry or wanna play it safe
