This sandwich was huge! You can order this sandwich two ways, with #Tofu or #tindle chicken. I chose tofu this time, but will try the #vegan chicken next time! This sandwich comes with a thick slice of tofu covored in a thick, crispy batter. The batter does fall off of the tofu a bit, I'm guessing the chicken one probably doesn't as much. It also comes with their signature $$ housemade money mustard sauce and house made #vegan mayo with #locallysourced tomatoes, lettuce, and onion. It's then topped with a soft Dave's Killer Bread brioche bun! This sandwich had some really great flavors. The seasoned battered tofu was great and the sauce was just delicious. I ended up using some extra sauce on the side as this sandwich is sooo big! I love that they're incorporating better ingredients as well. I think this is an awesome upgrade to their relaunch. (Eden Burger used to be the hang out circa 2017-18. We'd hang out at the dive bar next door and you can order through a little window) This was a tad bit pricey at $14, but also taking into consideration the organic ingredients. The lighting was not ideal for this shoot as it was a really rainy evening☔️⛈️ This is a take on the old classic Eden Burger, now the E Burger. This burger patty got a serious health upgrade now made with #organic and whole food ingredients like sunflower seeds, beans, sprouted oats, and brown rice. It's topped with Follow your Heart cheese, locally grown lettuce, tomato, and onion and topped with their signature E Sauce. I also love Dave's Killer Buns! They also have a #glutenfree bun option. I love that they have re-created their faux meats with more organic and whole food ingredients. I think this is super great. This also tasted great and had a great garlicky kick. The E sauce is also my absolute favorite. It's kind of a take on Raising Canes sauce. The burger is a bit small for the price of $14. It is a bit on the higher side, but also have to take into consideration the organic ingredients. #veganisnotscary #burger #ditchdairy #abillion

Guess who's back in operation?! E Burger 🍔 (formally Eden Burger) Same owner, same location many of the same great popular menu items, but a different name. Their manager Jordyn ( formally Love a Bowl popup) has been working on their menu and rolling more items out each week. They're also making items healthier and less processed this time with #soyfree and #glutenfree options with lots of #organic options as well. These new nuggets are now made from organic #tofu ! They're delicious with a great texture and hearty taste. They're also deliciously battered and fried until golden. I chose bbq sauce, but they have many dipping options to choose from. They have either a 4, 8, 16, or 32 piece order option. I chose the 4 piece for $6 which is a good value. Great vegan “fast food” type restaurant on campus. While it’s not necessarily healthy (French fries, onion rings, etc) it is 100% vegan and their burgers are made from mushrooms and rice. Yummy!!

These were great! I've never tried the BBQ ones. You can either get them tossed and coated in the sauce or on the side. I didn't know how spicy the sauce was so opted for it on the side. They were yummy. A little extra crispy on the outside, but the inside was perfect! #veganisnotscary

This was such a good spot! It took a star off for my nutrition rating, but I’d like to give it 5 stars in flavor and overall vibe (especially the patio seating!). It’s in a busy area downtown but the patio seating made it feel intimate. The mozzarella sticks are to die for. The burger and fries were both delicious, too.
