This salad is vegan as is. It comes with spinach, dragon fruit, quinoa, raspberries, mandarin oranges, sliced almonds, cucumber, and a guava vinaigrette. This was a unique salad with a nice presentation and a variety of tasty flavors. It was also a filling meal. I would get this again.
