Absolutely delicious! I regret splitting it with my friend!!! 😂
Mango, cucumber, carrots, basil, cilantro, mint, red pepper, almond ginger paste (divine!), wrapped in collard leaf with almond Thai sauce. The only thing that would make this better would be if the red pepper was julienned like the mango and carrot instead of in big chunks. It was unwieldy and fell out instead of staying in place with all the other veg. But overall the taste was incredible.
