Wow! For real, I have not had anything like this before! The dips are divine and smooth and unique. The cakes are gf and just tasty and filling. It’s tough to describe so here are all the deets:
Ingredients: Vegan Chipotle Paneer, Kefir Mango Chutney , Spicy Red Pepper Chutney. Potato Pancake and Corn Cakes. Cucumber Slices Ingredients: Chipotle Paneer(macadamia nuts, sunflower seeds, lime juice, coconut milk, nutritional yeast, apple cider vinegar, chipotle, sea salt) Mango Chutney(coconut kefir,coconut flakes, coconut oil, kefir starter, fresh mango, fenugreek, mustard seed, coriander seed, fennel seed, long pepper, cayenne, black pepper, turmeric. salt) Red Pepper Chutney(red pepper, zucchini, red lentils, cilantro, cumin, black mustard seed, hing, turmeric coconut oil) Potato Pancake (basmati rice, red lentils, fenugreek, kefir starter, yukon potatoes, coconut milk, coconut oil, salt, black pepper) Corn Pancake(basmati rice, red lentils, fenugreek, kefir starter, yellow corn, yukon potato, red bell pepper, onion, black pepper, coconut oil)
Further, I can’t call their seating a patio bc that is too limiting a concept—this is a spiritual garden space for meeting/contemplation/being. Very unique experience!
