Although Chatsworth House is not part of the National Trust, they seem to have gone for the same caterers. The vegan pasty was most welcome after an interesting viewing of the interior of the house. It’s a crisp on the outside pastry which holds together well while you munch away at the ingredients. The filling is spicy, a mild heat permeating through the dense pack of vegetable, #cauliflower & #onion This impressive house and grounds makes for a good day out. There are attractions for all ages. The cafe is outside but the seating is under canvas which was appreciated when a light rain descended. #veganinderbyshire #goveganfortheanimals #veganpasty
