I got a build your own bowl at CAVA with black lentils, roasted red pepper hummus, romaine & arugula, pickled, cucumbers, pickled inions, tomatoes, corn salsa, and roasted veggies. It was absolutely STUNNING. It is a perfect quick service and satiating meal with lots of vegan options to choose from!
