This is the best cake I have had in a while. It was rich, moist, and flavorful. It was topped with a sweet aquafabia whipped cream, rosemary, and blackberries. It is such a unique and fragrant combination that goes together perfectly. Very tasty dessert.

Very delicious dish. It is a part of their southern maryland vegan restaurant week menu. The eggplant was very crispy and covered in flavorful sauce and vegan almond parmesan. Comes with thick spaghetti noodles. Very tasty food!
