This bow was delicious, the mixture of everything made it an incredible experience.

He "meat" was ok, and the allioli tasty. It wasn't particularly tasty overall.

The dish was complete, but the scrambled eggs could be better.

Vegan Omelette

I randomly found this brunch place walking around in Barcelona. It is not completely plant based but it has a good selection of vegan and vegetarian options and the dish of the day is always plant based. Here you can see the vegan omelette and the salad with marinated tofu, definitely worth the try!
