what a wonderful place!
The owner was delightful. She explained how they make their own mayonnaise, seitan, bread, everything is #homemade. They make their own soy milk and save the skins from the soy beans to toast and make breading. I forget what she said the name of that is.
I can't believe how little I paid for so much food. after I ate, I ordered more and brought it home for two more meals.

the homemade #tempeh was incredible, #farinata with shredded carrots, and a veggie tart were two other favorites. it was impossible to decide, so i pretty much ordered everything.
if I had the time, I would go back.
