There aren't many places that serve these typical potatoes with the green and red mojo sauces already drizzled over them, but we actually prefer it!! That way my hubby and I don't have to fight over the last bits of sauce 🤣. You can see the salt crust in the photo and the potatoes were boiled nice and tender. The red mojo had a nice spiciness to it, the green its typical tangy. This side went well with our arepas at this café nestled in the Alameda of Santa Cruz de la Palma 🌴.
