Satisfies a craving. Doesn’t feel gross eating, not overdrenched in sauce. Right amount of flavour. Wish there were more leafy greens 🥬 though. I wouldn’t mind paying more for those. Overall pretty alright for a lunch meal, instead of salad.

To veganise it, opt to remove the ramen egg. Overall, it has a clean tasting without being blend. Good size portion. Love the mushrooms. Price: $10 #nuseats
