BAM Healthy Cuisine is a must stop for anyone living in or visiting NE Ohio. About 60% of the menu can be vegan. What I had today was their Raw Veggie Wrap. This wrap is ssoooo good! It is made fresh, in-house. Avocado, sprouts, garbanzo beans, tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, pickles, black olives, mixed greens, and balsamic vinaigrette on the side. This wrap could be enjoyed without the balsamic because the combination of veggies go well together. It is that tasty. The whole wheat wrap is house made. It has a slight crunch to it from the grill which gives it an extra punch of flavor. Usually wraps fall apart on me. This holds everything in it together nicely even as I’m eating it. The balsamic dressing is creamy. Dunk it or just drip some on. There is complete control over how much dressing wanted on the wrap. This wrap hit the spot. It is about an 8 - 10 inch wrap cut in half. My picture shows one half cause i couldn’t stop eating the other half for the pictures lol i have enough for later with the generous amount included in the wrap. This was really good for a very healthy pizza. One thing that BAM is known for is using whole wheat for all their wraps, bread and crust. It wasn't the best crust I've had, but it was healthy and I didn't crash after. I'd normally want to nap after eating pizza. Most of their menu can be veganized by substituting with violife cheese and tofu. This pizza had broccoli, mushrooms, green beans, peppers, red onion, tomatoes and marinara sauce. I loved the fresh vegetables and all the beautiful colors. Next time I'd ask them to cook it just a tad bit longer so the crust gets a little more crisp. #pizza #veganpizza #ditchdairy

We found this little place up near Stahls Farm Sanctuary in Northern Ohio, where we I had a photo shoot. Everything is very healthy. They use whole wheat, minimally processed ingredients and no hydrogenated oils. This was fantastic. It had brown rice, pineapple and tofu on a whole wheat wrap. I devoured it and it gave me sustained energy for my shoot

This wrap is a tasty mess! All natural PB, strawberries, banana, agave, and to make this vegan I omitted the honey roasted peanuts and added walnuts and seeds. This was the Jackson location.

Full of flavor and a slight kick, the Baja Wrap is a winner for me. Tofu, brown rice, bean puree, salsa, and other goodies! You can easily veganize most of BAM!'s menu items. Salads are fresh and good quantity.
