The flavours of this dish are amazing! Everything was fresh, light and perfectly balanced. Really enjoy the creaminess of the cashew cream cheese they used. The only downside was that the portion size was a bit small.

Finally got to try this Restaurant. Views are amazing, you have to book and it is pricy. Not much on the vegan side but at least they did have something and it was amazing. This mushroom risotto hit all the spots! Wow 🤩 #abillionturns3

Celebrations continued with diner at Aurum, loved this starter , Beetroot with Cashew Cream The Cashew Cream was a taste experience , the most unusual and perfectly put together starter Plated beautifully I could go to Aurum just for this 🥰 Lovely to share delicious vegan food with those closest to you There was only one Vegan starter option but well definitely worth having #abillionturns3
