This is one of my favorite vegan dishes if not my favorite I’ve ever had. Not a vegan restaurant by any means but this dish is filled with flavor! Tacu Tacu is a mix of rice your choice of black beans, white beans or lentils (I prefer the black bean.) Then the rest of the fish is a mix of soy curls (amazing) chopped peppers, mushrooms, carrots, onions peas and tomatoes. It’s also a large serving that cost around $14.
