The monkey heads have a good texture, slightly crisp on the outside and not overly dry on the inside. Instead of the usual peanut sauce, they have this somewhat tangy fruity kind of sauce to dip with. Overall, I think it's an okay dish if you drop the expectation of it being a satay lol
