So I am pretty picky when it comes to #mexicanfood, as I am a native Mexican and enjoyed loads of #traditionalfood when I lived in Mexico.
This was overall executed well and had all the components I would have thought it needed BUT... I am a #veganprotein lover and cannot get past a dish if the vegan protein is bad and the #soy used here was not great. It was still really soaggy and did not have a lot of flavor. I always hope for #flavorful and #meaty vegan protein, in this case I wanted something #crispy. Otherwise it was very good, #sopes
were great, beans delicious and I love the #rice, just did not execute the soy to my liking.
