Yummmmm!! I'm a sucker for a #[cinnamon](hashtag-5b84d15ef949e228c505b6f6) #[muffin](hashtag-5b7c5683f949e228c5e6ef8b) and these were fantastic. They smell amazing as soon as you open the box. They are light, #[fluffy](hashtag-5ed031fc360207b7186e091f) and #[moist](hashtag-62cf214ddc48c7159ee8db8a)! These are fairly large muffins, would be great with some coffee in the morning, but I've been having them as a sweet treat after meals. 
I've tried cupcakes from Rubicon before, but I think I like the texture/consistency of these muffins even more than their cupcakes. 
Found these at Sprouts after one of my friends told me how delicious they were:)

Roy's has a 3-course vegan menu for $60 which is a great price for the amount of food you get! Especially considering things are a bit more expensive in Hawaii.

This #dessert contains #Macadamia nuts, #PeanutButter & #Banana. And comes with a #Strawberry "Butter"and #coconut Lilikoi (passion fruit) Swirl ice cream. 
I liked how it was crunchy on the outside with the sweet spread inside, which went so well with the bright and fruity ice cream. My only complaint is that when there's banana in a dish, it becomes the most prominent flavor for me, which is don't always want. Also I was so full from the first 2 courses that I had to take this to-go because I just couldn't eat any more lol.

Roy's has a 3-course vegan menu for $60 which is a great price for the amount of food you get! Especially considering things are a bit more expensive in Hawaii.

I was on a tour around Oahu during my trip to Hawaii and the tour guide made an extra stop to the Tropical Farms outlet which was a cute shop with a variety of local products. Lots of macadamia nuts flavors, coffee, and more. They had samples of all the different nut flavors so I tried a couple and was immediately convinced to buy a bag:)

I did a #[rice](hashtag-5b61361bc215c949ed60cceb) base with 2 scoops of #[tofu](hashtag-5b61361bc215c949ed60ce0c) because they don't have any other vegan poke options lol. And I got #[seaweedsalad](hashtag-639f7a4dbbb6ad85297f4e10) as my "side" which was also the only vegan side. I loaded up the mix-ins with #[cucumber](hashtag-5e4aa00be913c94a1603f0fe) , #[edamame](hashtag-5d4eb8473344b6b8c93a3874) , #[onion](hashtag-5f3ccb2a628adf118fd696fb), and #[greenonions](hashtag-6154d6a17da22d551168e186) but you can also do corn, ginger, wasabi, cilantro, and avocado (avocado is extra). There are 3 vegan sauces, I chose sweet chili and the house sauce, and they also have a soy sauce. And I chose all 3 toppings to maximize the flavor lol--sesame seeds, furikake, crispy garlic. Overall tasty but I wish they had the sauces that Island Vintage Coffee had because that was amazing!!

I selected 2 but honestly didn't feel it at all. If you like things a little spicy I would go at least 3. It's hard to know how different places rank their spice levels lol, takes some trial and error.

I got this eggplant dish because there was an amazing eggplant entrée I had from a different Thai restaurant a while ago and I wanted to switch it up from my usual noodle choice. Overall the dish was good and I'd recommend it. The sauce was flavorful but it was more liquidy and less sticky/thick than I was hoping. And the eggplant was in big chunks, I was expecting something a little different but again it tasted good.

The menu has a couple pages in the back labeled vegetarian BUT they also remove the egg from dishes on those pages so they already look vegan. But always good to clarify with the server! My server asked at the very start if there were any allergies or restrictions:)
