Becoming vegan is one of the best choices I am proud to have made. I like to travel and when I do I enjoy exploring vegan options available. :)
The plate is very well presented.
Good balance of flavours which are satisfying overall.
Not a big portion but still filling quite ok. :)
Side of red rice.
Fried tofu on the bottom and on top veggies cooked in sweet soy sauce.
Good mix and flavours blend nicely.
Completed with tiny salad on the side.

Of course the banana taste is pretty strong (which I love!) But also the rest can be tasted as well!

In the picture there is Bali coffee - coffee and water. Also very tasty.
It is supposed to be papaya, water and ice cubes. Too much water compared to the amount of papaya which can slightly be tasted.

The vegan cheese could definitely be better and the only veggies on it were tomatoes and eggplant.
Not sure about the lime slice in the middle. :)

The burger is made with beets,sweet potato,quinoa and parsley. I'd say it is a very great choice of ingredients and it is definitely tasty, but I would have liked something more crunchy, because the patty itself is pretty more
