A perfect Vegan alternative 🌱to the brand's famous fromage frais. Same texture and flavours. Not always easy to find in Barcelona. But worth it if you come across it.

A perfect substitute for honey, the texture and flavour are so delicious.

Brioche bread, onion confit, melting cheddar cheese, all surrounded by a piece of Heura.
It's all delicious, and the chips are excellent, adding a crunch to the dish.
