If you like artichokes then you have to try this one! A very special dish with artichokes prepared in a beautiful way.

Really nice vegan version of a tartar. The physalis on top of it is a funny reference to the egg on a regular tartar.

Fresh and super tasty bowl. The marinated tofu with sesame and the vegan feta with tomatoes were my highlights.

The vegan meat is very well spiced. The vegetables are exceptional on their own, a lot of variety. Overall a super tasty dish.
