It's really thick and creamy unlike plain coconut yogurt. It's not sweet so I add some agave for my parfaits and smoothies. It doesn't taste like coconut or cashews that much, very subtle. It's about $6.00 but I think that's more
These are pretty light in lime flavor and not too salty. They are crunchy and would pair nice with salsa or dip. I would recommend these , especially since they are not greasy and taste good .

This is surprisingly delicious! The flavors pop and the pieces don’t take long to heat up since they are cooked already. I add them to sandwiches and rice dishes. They are from sprouts market in the freezer isle. Must try! more
